Corey Surber

Trinity Health
Executive Committee - Board Chair

Corey is the state advocacy director for Trinity Health. She also is an adjunct professor in the College of Health Science at Boise State University. She serves on various local committees and was appointed by Gov. Butch Otter to the Idaho Suicide Prevention Council. Corey earned a bachelor's degree from The College of Idaho and a master’s degree from Boise State University.

Jennifer Reynolds

Jennifer is a Vice President and District Manager for U.S. Bank in Boise where she has worked since 1994. She has served on various nonprofit committees throughout Canyon and Ada County. She was a Tribute To Women and Industry honoree in 2009, as well as Women of the Year honoree in 2013.

Hart Gilchrist

Intermountain Gas Co.
Executive Committee - Treasurer

Hart is Vice-president of operations for Intermountain Gas. He has been with Intermountain Gas for 18 years, served in various operational capacities. He earned his undergraduate degree from University of Idaho and an MBA from Boise State University.

Scott Randolph

Saint Alphonsus Health System
Executive Committee

Scott serves as associate general counsel at Saint Alphonsus. As an experienced attorney, he represents a variety of clients facing complex business disputes and employment litigation across a broad range of industries. He received a bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Diana Lachiondo

City of Boise

Diana Lachiondo is the director of community partnerships for the City of Boise. She previously spent more than a decade working in the nonprofit sector in Seattle, Denver and her hometown of Boise. She has a bachelor’s degree in international studies and a certificate in nonprofit leadership from the University of Washington.

Gary Smith

Regence Blueshield of Idaho

Gary is the director of community and business relations for Regence BlueShield of Idaho. He formerly served as an elected councilmember for the City of Boise and as director of the Idaho Department of Insurance. Gary earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Linfield College in Oregon.

Ericka Rupp

Idaho Health and Welfare

Ericka is a program manager at Idaho Health and Welfare. She also has worked at Catholic Charities of Idaho in Boise and Community Action Partnership in Lewiston. At the University of Idaho, she earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in family and consumer sciences.

Sue Richardson

J.R. Simplot Company

Sue is vice president of technology, information, marketing and communications, and a member of the Senior Leadership Team for the J. R. Simplot Company. Richardson joined Simplot in 2008 as director of communications and was promoted to her current position in 2012. Before joining Simplot, she served in a variety of leadership positions related to strategy, marketing and communications at Hewlett-Packard in Boise.

Wes Jost

Zions Bank

Wes is the senior vice president and regional director of Zions Bank’s Idaho Real Estate Banking Group. Wes has more than 16 years of experience in real estate and commercial banking. Wes is active in the community as treasurer and executive board member of the Urban Land Institute-Idaho Chapter and as a board member of the Downtown Boise Association. Wes and his wife, Joanna, live in Boise with their two daughters.

Debra Leithauser

Idaho Power

Debra is the Director of Corporate Communications for Idaho Power. Before that, she was the president and publisher of the Idaho Statesman, overseeing all news, advertising, production and financial matters for the largest newspaper in the state. For almost a decade, Debra was a senior editor at The Washington Post, where she was a section head for a variety of print and digital channels. Leithauser graduated from the University of Florida with honors, earning a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She was named a distinguished alumna in journalism in 2013. Leithauser and her husband, Tom, have two sons, Luke and Zack.

Rep. Christy Perry

Idaho State Legislature

Rep. Perry represents District 11 and has been an Idaho State Representative since 2010. She has served on a variety of committees within the legislature, including Health and Welfare, Ways and Means, and Judiciary, Rules and Administration. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boise State University. Rep. Perry and her husband Matt have three children.

Josh Bishop


Josh is a pharmacist and community advocate. He previously served as the Idaho Regional Vice President and a part of the Executive Management Group for PacificSource Health Plans. He has over a decade of health plan experience in the areas of pharmacy, medical management and Medicaid program administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate of Pharmacy from Oregon State University and Oregon Health & Science University.

Dave Jeppesen

Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

Dave was named Director of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare by then Governor-Elect Brad Little in December 2018. Prior to his new post, he was with Blue Cross of Idaho as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Communications where he was responsible for oversight of sales, product development, brand, corporate advertising, public relations and consumer initiatives. Prior to joining Blue Cross of Idaho, Jeppesen worked as an international independent marketing consultant from 2009 to 2012, providing marketing strategy and brand position identification and implementation to clients in the U.S., Australia and throughout Europe. Jeppesen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Idaho State University and a Masters in Applied Statistics from Ohio State University.

Sheriff Stephen Bartlett

Ada County

Bartlett has been a part of the Ada County Sheriff’s Office since 2003 and took over as sheriff in 2015. Bartlett and his wife Amanda live in Meridian. They have two children, David and Annika.

Jill Twedt

Boise Cascade

Twedt is Associate General Counsel at Boise Cascade Company, and has been a practicing attorney in Boise for over 13 years. She is also active in the community as Board President of Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity. She graduated from the College of Idaho and University of Idaho College of Law. Twedt and her husband, Josh Sears, live in Eagle with their two daughters and two golden retrievers.

Kelli Badesheim

Valley Regional Transit

Kelli is the executive director of Valley Regional Transit, the regional public transportation authority for Ada and Canyon counties in Idaho.  Kelli began her transit career with Boise Urban Stages in 1994 and became the director of Valley Regional Transit in 2000. A Boise native, Kelli holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in public administration from Boise State University.

Brook Bond

Parsons Behle & Latimer

Brook is the managing shareholder of Parsons Behle & Latimer’s Boise office.  His legal practice focuses on business, insurance, environmental and commercial litigation. Throughout nearly 30 years of his practice, Brook has handled massive cases involving multiple parties, millions of documents, and complex legal and scientific issues involving disputes over billions of dollars.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Genetics from the University of California – Davis and a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego.

John Colgrove


John works as the President of the Albertsons Intermountain Division and is responsible for 83 stores covering a span of 7 states. John assumed this role with 38 years of experience in the grocery business. For many of those years, he served in the Intermountain Division in different roles such as Director, Grocery Sales; VP, Grocery Sales and most recently, VP, Marketing & Merchandising. Previously, John spent time in Denver as the VP, Marketing & Merchandising for that division before returning to Boise to become President of the Intermountain Division. John and his wife Gwen reside in Eagle with their two children and two dogs.

Beth Toal

St. Luke's Health System

Beth works as the Vice President, Communications and Marketing for Idaho-based St. Luke’s Health System. Through her work, Toal serves the organization’s nine hospitals – including the state’s only children’s hospital, multiple regional cancer centers and outpatient clinics.
Toal joined St. Luke’s in 1999 and has held progressive positions during her time with the organization. In her current role, she oversees the health system’s strategic communications, marketing, public relations, digital platforms, media relations and community engagement programs, internal communications, issues management and crisis response activities. Prior to joining St. Luke’s, Toal worked for Healthwise, Incorporated, a health information publishing company based in Boise, Idaho. Before entering the health care industry, Toal worked in sports marketing.

Rebecca Poynter

Idaho Statesman

Rebecca Poynter was named publisher of the Idaho Statesman in April 2018.

Poynter was most recently president of Gannett Mid-Michigan and led the Lansing State Journal, with additional oversight for Port Huron Times Herald, Battle Creek Enquirer, Livingston Daily Press & Argus and the Observer & Eccentric. 
Prior to her tenure at Mid-Michigan, Poynter was the senior vice president sales and marketing for in Detroit. She also held various sales and management positions for Detroit Newspapers, USA Today, and the Army Times.

Poynter earned a journalism degree at the University of Kentucky and is a committed community leader. She served on the Board of Directors for LEAP, Focus: HOPE board of directors, Michigan Press Association and Greater Lansing United Way.
