Meet Hayley Regan, Collaboration Coordinator for UWTV!

Hayley ReganHow long have you been with our organization?

I’m brand new to United Way, started in February 2021!

What are you most passionate about when it comes to the work UWTV does?

My background is in Community School work and I am passionate about working collaboratively to address equity in our schools and larger community. Ensuring that every individual has what they need to be successful is vital and complex work! I’m excited to expand my horizons in the coming months and dig into the work that the United Way does.

Tell us more about you! Family, hobbies, interests, etc.

I’m originally from Northern California and my parents still live in the Sierras. I have two wonderful sisters, including my identical twin sister! I’ve lived in the Treasure Valley for five years now and I love the great outdoors of Idaho. Outside of work you’ll find me on foothills trails or up at Bogus Basin, skiing. I’m an avid backpacker, kayaker, and backcountry skier so you’ll rarely find me sitting still. I’m part of a local art collective, whose work is often featured in Treefort and other regional events – we build large scale, interactive puppets and love to have fun showing them off!
