Meet Angela Bowman! Angela (or Angie as we call her) managed to get a whole bunch of Quilting Club members to flex their skills and become a team of PPE Mask Sewers to support front line service providers during the pandemic. Angie and members of her group made hundreds and hundreds of masks for local front line Covid-19 health care services and the Valley Regional Transit mobility program that transports people with health needs to their medical appointments. Angie even provided us with a DIY mask pattern on a previous blog entry! Angela, thanks for doing your part in lifting kids and families in our community--we know it takes a community and we're so thankful you're in ours!
