Meet Laura Smith! Laura was our key PPE matching project leader from Central District Health. She managed a small team of health leaders from Central and Southwest District Health and had the challenging job of ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) donated through our PPE matching system was supplied to the organizations with the most urgent needs. She and her team worked long hours above and beyond their regular job duties to ensure frontline medical workers had the gear they needed to be safe from Covid-19. We would also like to recognize all of the people who stood alongside Laura to help ensure this job was done quickly and effectively. Laura, thanks to you and your team for your hours of hard work!
